Before insurance, I spent 16 years building and running a service company here in the DMV. I grew it to more than 70 employees and eventually sold it.
Running that company taught me what business owners actually deal with: making payroll, trying to keep good people, and lying awake wondering what would happen to everything if something happened to me.
That's why I do this work. I help owners take care of their teams, and I help families protect what they've worked for. I'm independent, so I work for you, not for one insurance company.
